Educational Qualification
Educational Qualification for Rajasthan State Archive Department Recruitment 2024 –
Archivist :
- Essential: MA. IInd Class in Medieval Hist ory and or Modern History or Political Science, Knowledge of Persian, and or Rajasthani.
- Preferential: Diploma in Archival Science, or 2 years experience of Teaching history or political Science 2 years archival experience or teaching experience in political Science.
- Alternate: M.A. (History) with Diploma in Archival Science.
Research Officer : M.A. History with Diploma in Archival Science, or M.A. IInd Class in History with 2 years Archival experience or 2 years teaching.
Assistant Archivist : MA. in History or Degree of Bachelor of Arts together with 5 years experience of having worked in Archive Department or Diploma in a Sound knowledge either of Persiun or Rajasthani.
Research Scholar :
- M.A. in Hotary or Degree of Bachelor of Arts with 3 years experience of having workol in Archive Department or pessico a Diploma in Archival Science from the National Archive of India.
- Must possess sound working Knowledge either or Rajasthani or of Persian.
Chemist :
- Essential: M.Sc. II Class in Chemistry. Preferential: 2 Years experience having worked either in Archive Department or in Research Laboratory.
For All Post Required :
For Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
Age Limit
To apply for Rajasthan State Archive Department Recruitment 2024, the minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 40 years on 1 January 2025. Candidates whose age is between 18 to 40 years can apply for RPSC New Recruitment 2024. RSAD Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern
- The competitive examination shall carry 150 marks and 150 questions of Multiple Choice Type questions.
- There shall be one paper. Duration of Paper will be 2 hours and 30 Minutes.
- Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For every wrong answer 1/3 of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.
- Explanation Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer or multiple answers.
