SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023 Age Limit
The age limit for SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment is minimum age 30 years and the maximum age is 32 years. Maximum relaxation can given for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes as per the rules. For more details read the official notification given below.
- For the posts for which the age limit is up to 30 years- The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1993 and not later than 01-08-2005.
- For the posts for which the age limit is up to 32 years- The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1991 and not later than 01-08-2005.
SSC JE 2023 Recruitment 2023 Application Fees
The application fee for Army Mess, in which the application fee for General, OBC, and AWS has been kept at Rs 100, and no application fee has been kept for SC and ST. You can pay the application fee through any online mode.

How To Apply For SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2023
Step 1: Click on the official link for SSC JE which is provided above on this page or Go to the official website of SSC (https://ssc.nic.in/).
Step 2: The registration link for SSC JE 2023 will open up in the new window.
Step 3: Click on the New User/Register Now link.
Step 4: To begin with the SSC JE Apply Online 2023, a candidate needs to provide basic details of themselves like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email id, mobile number, etc.
Step 5: Click on submit button to submit your online registration form for SSC JE 2023. I advise that candidates verify their details before submitting the form. All the candidates should receive a Registration ID for SSC JE 2023 exam.
Step 6: In the next step, candidates are required to upload photographs and signatures by following the requisites mentioned by the Staff Selection Commission of India.
Photograph –
The photograph of a candidate is clicked in front of white color or light-colored background. The size of the photograph must be more than 4 kb and less than 12 kb in size. The resolution of the photograph must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.
Signature –
The signature provided by the candidate must be in black or blue ink on the white sheet. The scanned copy of the signature must be in jpg format and it should be more than 1 kb and less than 12 kb in size. The resolution of the image should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.
Step 7: Log in with your registered ID and password to complete the Part II of the application form of SSC JE 2023.
Step 8: After filling out the application form, I request the candidates to preview the entire application of SSC JE 2023.
Step 9: Click on the Final Submit button after previewing the complete online SSC JE 2023 application form and pay the required application fee through online mode only. The payment of the application fee is made only through online payment modes such as Net-Banking, Credit/Debit cards and BHIM, UPI, etc.
